6.3 Payment Confirmation & Settlement

  • Settlement timelines depend on banking networks and payment providers.

  • In case of failed or reversed transactions, the timeline is subject to the respective payment gateway’s policies.

We are not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment processors.

7. Order Acceptance & Cancellation

We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse or cancel orders due to pricing errors

  • Cancel orders suspected of fraud

  • Limit quantities purchased per user

If payment has already been made for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded as per our Refund Policy.

We shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance due to:

  • Strikes

  • Lockdowns

  • Technical failures

  • Network disruptions

  • Events beyond reasonable control

15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Rajasthan, India.
