RETURN POLICY

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests made after 10 days will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Return

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition

  • All tags, labels, and original packaging must be intact

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be available

  • The product must not be damaged due to customer misuse


3. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at hazesofttech@gmail.com (recommended: support@hazshop.in)

  2. Mention:

    • Order ID

    • Product name

    • Reason for return

    • Photos (if damaged/defective)

  3. Our team will verify and confirm eligibility.

  4. Once approved, return pickup instructions will be provided.

All returns are subject to inspection at our warehouse.


4. Exchange Policy

If approved for exchange:

  • The replacement product will be dispatched within 5–7 working days, subject to stock availability.

  • Exchange is allowed only for eligible products.

  • If the requested size/product is unavailable, a refund may be processed instead.


5. Refund Policy (After Return Approval)

Once the returned product is received and approved after inspection:

  • Refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.

  • The amount will be credited to the original payment method.

  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refund will be processed via bank transfer or UPI after collecting necessary details.

Bank/payment processing timelines may vary.


6. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

After verification:

  • A refund or replacement will be provided.


7. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return unless damaged or defective upon delivery:

  • Used or washed products

  • Customized/personalized products

  • Products marked as “Final Sale”

  • Items without original packaging or tags
