1. Order Cancellation Policy

1.1 Cancellation Before Shipment

You may cancel your order only before it is shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched or marked as β€œOut for Delivery,” cancellation will not be possible.

To cancel an order, please contact us immediately with:

  • Order ID

  • Registered email/mobile number

1.2 If Order Already Shipped

If the order has already been shipped:

  • You may refuse delivery at the doorstep (if applicable).

  • Once returned to our warehouse and verified, refund will be processed as per this policy.


2. Return Policy

2.1 Return Window

We accept returns within 10 days from the date of delivery.

Return requests made after 10 days will not be accepted.


2.2 Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for return:

  • Product must be unused and unwashed

  • All tags and original packaging must be intact

  • Invoice must be available

  • Product must not show signs of damage due to customer misuse


2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return/refund (unless received damaged or defective):

  • Innerwear / hygiene products

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Digital/downloadable products

  • Products marked as β€œFinal Sale”

  • Used, altered, or damaged products (by customer)


3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  1. Inform us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging.

  3. Our team will verify and confirm eligibility.

Once approved:

  • Refund or replacement will be provided.


4. Exchange Policy

If approved for exchange:

  • Pickup will be arranged (where serviceable).

  • The replacement product will be delivered within 5–7 working days after approval and stock availability.

Exchange is subject to product availability.


5. Refund Policy

5.1 Refund Approval Process

All returns are subject to inspection at our warehouse.

Refund will be processed only after:

  • Product is received

  • Quality check is completed

  • Return is approved


5.2 Refund Timeline (TAT)

Once approved, refund will be processed within:

5.3 Refund Mode

  • Online payments β†’ Refunded to original payment method

  • COD orders β†’ Refunded via bank transfer/UPI (after collecting details)

We do not provide cash refunds.


6. Situations Where Refund May Be Rejected

Refunds may not be processed if:

  • Product is returned in used condition

  • Tags or packaging are missing

  • Damage caused by customer misuse

  • Return request is raised after 10 days
